A Feel-Good Reason to Be Eco-Friendly

We’re at a critical time in our Earth’s history, where it’s more important than ever to be conscious of the choices we’re making that affect the environment.

In this modern society, we often get so disconnected. Our default mode is to go for the same old habits and go for what feels convenient at the time – like buying plastic bottles instead of bringing your own or not bothering to recycle.

But when we change our habits around caring for the earth and we take responsibility, we are doing the right thing. And when we’re doing the right thing, it feels good because deep down, it is connected to the highest version of you! This is a completely selfish and short-term benefit to being eco-friendly!

We often forget this, but we are part of nature.

So whether you’re at home or on holidays, be more conscious and mindful, and there’s an immediate pay-off for you even if we want to do it for the bigger, more important reason of caring for our earth. Start to associate yourself as someone who really deliberately makes a difference because it is aligned with your highest truth and you know that’s the right thing to do.

I hope this short simple reminder has inspired you to take more effort, to be more conscious. We all really need to be a part to care for the great mother earth who sustains us and gives us so much.
